Theis Klauberg has been advising German and local businesses in the Baltic countries since 1998. His specialist fields include trademark law and other industrial property, corporate law, finance and arbitration.

He is a former vice-president of the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Latvia and a board member of the European Centre for Comparative Commercial and Company Law (Cracow). Theis Klauberg is also acting coordinator of the Baltic Regional Group (DIS-Baltikum) of the German Institution of Arbitration.

Together with Christian Prill (Factor Design AG) he founded the Baltic Brand Conference.
